Many people have requested more information of the Tantra practices which help us to connect our Sexuality with our Spirituality.  

 

The energy system consists of 7 primary energy centers called chakras.  Each center has a function in our life.  If we have ignited those centers we become chraismatic and vital if that system is shut down we become depressed.  

 

The practices which I teach include: yantras (sacred symbols) mantras (affirmations) bondas (energy pumps), to energize the system daily.  These practices are called White Tantra.

 

I also teach Red Tantra which is when we connect with another. Learn two powerful ways to connect, then harmonizing techniques which help us to stay in sync, in tune, in touch.
